My Services
I am a warm, intuitive person with multicultural experiences. I offer healing and hope through our relationship, and offer you ways to tackle the challenges in your life by choosing skills from my areas of expertise (play, CBT, DBT, Dance Movement ). I am uniquely skilled to help complex challenges, because I can draw from my CBT- and Trauma- certifications, and my STEM PhD level training as I help you. I specialize in treating adults diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and (complex) Trauma, as well as children with behavior and emotion regulation challenges (ex: ADHD, Autism, Sensory challenges).

As owner of Creative Solutions Guidance, my mission is to offer you healing at the mind and body level using my training as a movement therapist, CBT and Trauma therapist, and PhD-level scientist. My goal is to collaborate with you as you discover a path towards solutions, hope, and peace. Clients describe me as patient, compassionate, hard-working, energetic and humorous.
