My Services
I am a warm, intuitive person with multicultural experiences. I offer healing and hope through evidence-based skill building within a supportive relationship. I offer insights and new ways to tackle stressors in your life, using movement, creativity and CBT and DBT skills. I specialize in treating emotional overwhelm in adults, parents and children diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Autism, ADHD, Trauma and Dissociative Disorders.
I am uniquely skilled to help with individuals who have complex challenges that have been difficult to treat because of my DBT and CBT trainings, my creative training, alongside my STEM PhD level science training.

As owner of Creative Solutions Guidance, my mission is to offer you healing at the mind and body level using my movement therapy training, CBT, DBT, and Dissociative disorders training, and as a PhD-level scientist. My goal is to collaborate with you as you discover a path towards solutions, hope, and peace. Clients describe me as patient, compassionate, hard-working, energetic and humorous.
